As I begin this blog, I am trying to develop some guidelines as to what the contents will be. I am hoping that my ramblings about all things inspirational will cause whoever may read it to see something in a new way. My goal is to offer up various items that may act as a catalyst to the way that you see the world or how you relate to it visually. Dissect it, digest it and then piece it back together again. Perhaps something will help break through a block you are having in the creative process. Maybe the work of someone else will help to inform something that you yourself are working on. The goal is to be open to examine and appreciate the beauty in things we come across in everyday life. They may occur in nature, they may be manmade. It doesn’t matter. Just appreciate them, like this set of lungs. They are structurally functional, yet incredibly intricate and beautiful. Truly inspirational.
